I m going to have my car with me in london for a couple of weeks and am trying to figure out the parking system in force around where i ll be staying.

Seems entirely pointless to me what s special about 11am 1pm.
Looking at the picture provided this means you can t park your car there between 8am to 8pm monday to sunday.
That would be unfair because they would leave their cars there until 6 7pm meaning the residents would.
The majority of london boroughs have a monday to friday parking restriction but newham has a monday to saturday policy.
Sometimes there s a sign too that says loading only or no loading mon sat 8am 8pm.
All parking signs should be followed as posted ie.
Outside of that hour anybody can park there.
If a sign says no parking between 4 6 pm mon fri and there is no posted exception there is no parking 4 6 pm mon fri even if monday is a holiday.
